you build me up just to break me down

This is just a little outfit I put together with some of my favorite things I found lying around in my inventory. I think personally everything just flows together into a messy-somewhat-chic outfit. Also, I really don’t know what is wrong with my Emerald viewer but the skirt prim doesn’t really match the skirt :/. I promise it looks better without annoying shadows or whatever is causing this problem. Anyways, I leave you with this outfit :] Enjoy!

Even though the hair covers some of my back, this tank top has a super low cut back, which I absolutely love and knew I had to show.

Heeeyuh! I’ve been neglecting blogging lately, which is not a good thing. Recently, I’ve just been in weird moods and they’ve really been affecting the way I look at SL. I’m not going to blab on and on about it, but it just makes me confused sometimes. This weekend, I was on a camping trip and I promised myself I would blog once I got back (which by the way, I had to cut short because of stormy weather, hooray for temperature changes!). Onto the outfit! I’ve been dying to blog This is a Fawn‘s leda dress! I love the sheerness, the skirt, and most of all, the gorgeous turquoise color. A couple other things that really make the outfit a favorite is Truth‘s Alex hair. Color scripted headband, side ponytail, can’t go wrong with that. During the month of July, Aoharu had a 50% off sale, and I hope you went, I bought these super adorable gladiators. /me loves.

what’s worth the price is always worth the fight

I just want to say that AM Radio’s sims are GORGEOUS. I am obsessed with them (as you can see) and in The Far Away sim, he has this animation that makes you fly around so I knew I had to get a picture of my pixels flying everywhere

Since lately, I have been posting dresses, I decided that todays look would be casual. Before I say anything about the outfit, I got a new skin today. Moscow from LeLutka is amazing. I think the makeup is so well done on it, I just want to wear it everyday. And now, onto the outfit.

This hair comes from a store called W&Y and is really, one of my favorites. It’s just so cute, and comes with a scripted color changing clip. I really wanted to post these &bean shorts as they are one of my favorite items in my inventory. And this jacket comes from Izumiya in a set for only 25 lindens. It’s an amazing deal, so you should definitely go look at that store.  When I was dressing myself in this outfit, I realized I had a shortage of tank tops in my inventory, so I remembered a cute store named Tres Blah and they had the perfect tank top to go with this outfit. It’s really well textured and has cute little buttons on it. A new favorite shirt. These boots are perfect. I love cowboy boots and these ones are probably my favorites that I own. I wish No Label was still open so I could get the other colors but sadly, it’s not. When I was done dressing myself, I felt that the outfit needed a little something extra, so I added Maitreya’s slouch socks. I think they lighten up the outfit a bit and plus they are really adorable.  And there you have it, a cute and simple casual outfit!

your voice was the soundtrack of my summer

Today I felt uninspired as I looked through my inventory for something I haven’t worn in a while and could be renewed in a look that would be worth blogging. I found some things but couldn’t think of what to match them with or pair them with. I thought I wouldn’t find anything to post today. My thoughts were finally answered when I found this gorgeous dress from anuenue. I really can’t resist dresses like this. I buy as many as I can find. I like the ones that look worn and precious. I also love the ones that have subtle patterns, because I think sometimes less is more .  To make the look more boho but still polished, I added Polina Kaestner‘s satin gladiators. I really love these shoes, and I needed the perfect shade to match the dress, to me, that would be beige. In RL, I am obsessed with gladiators and that obsession has grown into SL. Any good made pair, makes me drool.

I felt that this outfit needed some type of accessory, so I dug in my inventory and found this necklace from Yummy that I used to be obsessed with. I know I already blogged these glasses but right now, I can’t get enough of them. I thought they matched perfectly and added a bit of edge to the outfit. To offset the bohoness of the outfit, I added Aden‘s Jordan hair. This hair is so well made, I needed to show it off. This hair really adds a touch of glamour to the dress, which is exactly what it needed. I’m glad that everything can be so diverse and can be worn different ways now.

After deciding not to post a look I had planned to, I originally shot at the Embryo sim, I decided to go back there and shoot by the water. This sim is really lovely and I recommend you check it out.
